Our Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant is Steven Samlalsingh.  Steven is well versed in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act No. 1 of 2015 (Procurement Act) having commented and critiqued it as part of a Procurement watchdog group since its embryonic Green Paper form.  In 2012 he attended an international conference on Corruption having won an international World Bank Procurement Innovation competition.  Steven has a strong working relationship and regularly raises matters of clarity with with the Office of Procurement Regulation.   

In 2014 Steven sat on a three-man panel facilitated by ICATT/ACCA to discuss the key change features of the Act.  The panel included then government senator and the current Minister of Energy, an industry leader from the private sector.  He represented the state sector. 

Over the past fifteen (15) years, as Contracts Coordinator at Petrotrin, Trinmar; Vice President - Procurement at The University of Trinidad and Tobago and having sat as a director on three (3) state boards Steven has had various roles in organizational Procurement Act preparedness. He has also trained hundreds of employees across the state sector in the Tender and Contracts process. 

The other members of the Solveris team are Sabrina Julien-Budhram and Reshma Goolcharan who have both held senior managerial positions in the field of Supply Chain Management at large state enterprises and private industry. They both have a wealth of knowledge in the field and are highly qualified possessing multiple degrees specific to Supply Chain Management.
